We’ll cover the unusual to the frightening, ranging from reports of wild animal attacks, to active shooter events, up to the real possibility of answering a 911 call from someone in a rapidly sinking vehicle. Remember, some incidents allow you time to plan & prepare a response while others happen so quickly you must act fast and proficient.
This course will provide successful techniques, practical tips, and proven methods designed to prepare you for the unexpected events whether you’re on a radio or answering calls.
