Presenter Bio
John H. Kelly is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. A significant portion of his practice is dedicated to representing 9-1-1 centers in all facets of their operation. John is General Counsel to the National Emergency Number Association (NENA) and counsel to both the Illinois Chapters of NENA and APCO. John is a member of the Illinois NENA/APCO Joint Legislative Committee and the NENA Educational Advisory Board. He has been recognized as an Emergency Number Professional and one of the top 50 people in 9-1-1. John has presented at numerous state and national public safety telecommunications conferences.
